Glow-in-the-Dark Sights
I removed the default sight color, built a white base, added glow paint, and sealed it with a clear finish.
- Carefully remove the factory color from the sight recesses with a precision cutter.
- Add a thin white base using white paint or white nail polish, then let it dry fully.
- Apply the GloFlex glow paint and allow it to dry.
- Seal the finished dots with a clear top coat.
- Precision cutter
- White paint or polish
- GloFlex glow paint
- Mod Podge Gloss Lustre
- Clear nail polish
My method: Mod Podge Gloss Lustre. It looks white when applied but dries clear. Work only on an unloaded firearm, keep ammunition away from the workspace, and avoid altering the sight shape or alignment.
